First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick question
in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!

First I relax my self then I create an outline of the idea that I already have. At time sit becomes complicated thus I go back to the original idea and make a simpler outline. From there it will be easy to put your idea to your writing
